Certificate Collection Afternoon 2020

All students who sat exams or gained qualifications throughout the academic year 2019-20 are invited to collect their exam certificates on Monday 14th December 2020 between 3.30pm and 6pm.
Parents and carers are most welcome at this social occasion which will also be attended by staff.
If you are unable to collect them personally you may arrange for one of the following:
- A friend or relative may collect them for you but they must have a letter of authorisation from you and identification with them.
- Certificates will be available to collect from school reception from January 2021 onwards during school hours. If you cannot collect them personally you may arrange for a friend or relative to collect them but they must have a letter of authorisation from you and identification with them.
- Certificates can be sent to you via Recorded Delivery. Anybody wishing to use this option will need to pay £3 by sending a cheque (made payable to KTS) or popping cash to the school reception together with confirmation of the address to send the certificates to.
Replacing Lost Certificates
The school has certificates dating back to the 1980s and records of results dating back to the 1960s. If you have forgotten your results or lost your certificates we can often help you, but please note that we do not hold any electronic examination records prior to 2004, so requests concerning results from before that time will often take quite some time to find.
For any queries please email email@example.com providing your full name, date of birth, and the year you took your exams and we will then send back any relevant information we can find.
If you lose an examination certificate and need to replace it, exam boards have information on how to do this on their websites. In some cases they will provide a certifying statement rather than a certificate, but in either case a fee is payable to provide the replacement.
You may be asked to provide our centre number (17401) and your candidate number or unique candidate identifier (UCI). If you cannot remember these numbers, please email firstname.lastname@example.org providing your full name, date of birth and the year(s) you took your exams, and we will then send back any relevant information we still hold.
